Terms and Conditions
Your order will be passed to the Cloisters office and will be dispatched as quickly as possible. If there is likely to be any delay (some items, for instance, are made to order) we will let you know. Your credit card will not be charged until the goods are ready for dispatch.
Orders to UK addresses are sent by second class post; and, to addresses outside UK, by air mail. Deliveries to UK addresses will normally be within one week of placing the order.
If you have any cause for complaint about our service or products, phone us on 01289 389235 (+44 1289 389235) if from outside UK) or email us at cloisters@northumbriacommunity.org so that we can discuss a replacement item or arrange for a refund if appropriate.
