Your order will be passed to the Cloisters office and will be dispatched as quickly as possible. If there is likely to be any delay (some items, for instance, are made to order) we will let you know. Your credit card will not be charged until the goods are ready for dispatch.

Orders to UK addresses are sent by second class post; and, to addresses outside UK, by air mail. Deliveries to UK addresses will normally be within one week of placing the order. Please note that all our Stained Glass products are hand-made to order by Joan Boston, and sent out directly by her. This means your item can take up to 21 days.

How we deal with other currencies:

We operate in sterling (GBP) but you can use the 'Click to Convert to $ or €' link to choose your home currency. This will then show you both Sterling and your home currency converted in real time using an accurate exchange rate. However, when you complete the checkout process the value showing in the payment gateway will be the Sterling value and any communications sent by us which shows values will also be in Sterling. Your card will be charged once the items ship and will be charged in Sterling. Your bank or credit card company will then apply their currency conversion on the transaction when the payment is processed.

Downloadable Products:

We currently sell downlaodable files for both our full range of audio teaching material and our own music CDs. Songs are encoded at 256 kbps, which means you get high audio quality at a manageable file size while the audi teaching is encoded at 128 kbps, which keeps file sizes even lower for the spoken word. Once you have completed the checkout process and made your payment through our payment gateway your order is 'pending' - upon someone in the team checking your order details it will be updated to 'confirmed', an email will then be sent to you at this point with a link for you to click on to download your files. If you choose to pay using Paypal then you will receive this email straight away as Paypal will verify your details and take payment straight away.
